Arthur Arbesser FW 20/21

“Milan is a beautiful but not an obvious city – it has to be discovered through marble-tiled entrance ways and strong geometric buildings.”

This statement is a no less than fitting inspiration for designer @ArthurArbesser as he presents his Autumn-Winter 20-21 collection on the first day of Milan Fashion Week. It was a show of contrasts – presented in an industrial warehouse, his bold textile choices of geometric and abstract prints paired with metallic pailettes find balance in clean, simple silhouettes. The autumnal shades of milky white, black velvet, warm burgundy and rich browns creates a refined palette. The star of the collection is his collaboration with designer Marco Guazzino – dubbed as the “marWOOLus” fabric, it is a unique combination of Pietrasanta marble dust and wool from Petra.
